유엔난민기구 한국대표부에서는 다음과 같이 유엔난민기구의 온라인 모금 담당 직원 (Senior Online Fundraising Assistant)을 모집합니다. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for the position of Senior Online Fundraising Assistant.
I. 담당업무 Duties and responsibilities 온라인 모금 담당 매니저의 감독 하에 온라인 모금 담당직원으로서 다음과 같은 담당업무를 수행해야 합니다: Under the direct supervision of the Online Fundraising manager, the Senior Online Fundraising Assistant will be responsbile for: 1) 유엔난민기구의 글로벌 기금 모금 계획과 전략에 따라 다양한 디지털 홍보 및 기금모금 캠페인을 진행합니다. (i.e. 온라인캠페인/ 키워드광고/ 배너광고/ 웹사이트/ 모바일 어플리케이션 또는 그 외 온라인 서비스 등) Plan, develop and implement various digital marketing and fundraising campaigns (i.e. online campaign, keywords advertising, display advertising, website, mobile application or other interactive services etc.) aimed at raising donation income and recruiting donors based on UNHCR’s global fundraising strategy and plan. 2) 유엔난민기구의 글로벌 정책과 지침에 따라 효과적으로 캠페인 성과를 측정하기 위해 온라인 분석 툴을 관리하고 개선합니다. Effectively manage and improve analytics tools to measure web performance and other relevant factors in line with UNHCR’s global policies and guidelines. 3) 다양한 디지털 기금모금 캠페인을 생성, 운영하며 결과를 분석합니다. Create and run various fundraising campaigns on digital platforms and analyze campaign result. 4) 후원경로, 후원방식, 후원결제방법, 후원자들의 반응에 따른 결과 등 다양한 요소를 고려한 캠페인 성과 분석 보고서를 주기적으로 작성합니다. Report regularly on performance factors such as donation channel, donation method, online payment method, results based on donor response etc.
II. 응시자격 Qualifications
1) 최소 자격 요건 Minimum qualifications - 마케팅(온라인/웹마케팅), 광고, 커뮤니케이션, 컴퓨터, 정보시스템, 또는 기타 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자(학사 학위가 없는 경우 해당 분야 최소 5년 경력 소지자) Completion of university degree in marketing (online or web-based marketing), advertising, communication, computer science, information systems or other related discipline (in lieu of degree, 5 years relevant work experience) - 온라인 광고 혹은 디지털 캠페인 진행, 온라인 채널 관리, 온라인 컨텐츠 생성 경험 등 관련 분야 최소 2년 이상 경력 소지자 Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience of running online advertising or launching digital promotion campaigns, managing online channels and creating contents on the web.
2) 우대 자격 요건 Preferred qualifications - 디지털 마케팅 캠페인 첫 시작부터 종료까지 진행해 본 경험자 우대 (i.e. 키워드광고, 배너광고, 웹사이트, 모바일 어플리케이션, 그 외 온라인 서비스 등) Experience in delivering a digital marketing product from beginning to end. (i.e. keywords advertising, display advertising, website, mobile site/application, interactive service etc.) - 디지털 마케팅 결과 분석 능력이 뛰어난 자 Strong analytical skills towards digital marketing results. - 크고 작은 규모의 프로젝트를 진행함에 있어 예산 관리 업무 경험자 우대 Experience of managing significant budgets for both small and large scale projects. - 기금모금 경험이 있거나 기금모금을 위한 컨텐츠 생성 경험이 있는 경우 우대 Experience in fundraising or creating contents for fundraising. - 영어와 한국어가 가능한 자 Fluency in both Korean and English. - 원활한 의사소통 능력 및 팀워크를 존중하는 팀플레이어로서의 역량을 지닌 자 Excellent communications and strong interpersonal skills as a team player. - 성숙하고 서비스 마인드를 지닌 자 Proven ability to deal with multiple tasks in a courteous and service oriented manner in a demanding working condition.
III. 계약기간 Duration of Contract 6개월 계약 수습 기간 후, 업무 성과에 따라 계약 연장 Initially 6-month contract and renewable depending upon her/his satisfactory performance.
IV. 전형일정 Recruitment Procedures 1) 서류접수: 2013년 9월 9일 (월요일) 까지 Application submission: Monday, 9 Sep 2013 2) 서류전형 합격자 발표: 2013년 9월 12일 (목요일) Notification of selected candidates: Thursday, 12 Sep 2013 3) 인터뷰 및 테스트: 2013년 9월 24일 (화요일) ~ 2013년 9월 27일 (금요일) Interview with tests: Tuesday, 24 Sep 2013~ Friday, 27 Sep 2013 4) 최종합격자 발표: 2013년10월 중 Announcement of final selection: Oct 2013 5) 첫 출근예정일: 2013년 10월 중 Scheduled first working date: Oct 2013 ** 단, 부득이할 경우 합격자의 상황에 따라 첫 출근일 변경고려 If necessary, scheduled first working day may be negotiated for the selected candidate.

1) UN 표준 영문이력서P-11 (UN Personal History Form, 양식은 유엔난민기구 홈페이지에서 다운로드 가능) Fully completed P-11 (UN Personal History Form can be downloaded from UNHCR Korea website) 2) 영문 커버 레터 A cover letter in English 3) 국영문 자기소개서 (각 A4 1~2 페이지 미만) Self-introductory statements both in Korean and English (A4 1-2 pages at the maximum each) 4) 졸업증명서, 경력, 재직증명서 사본 각 1 부 (원본 인터뷰 시 소지) A copy of certificate of academic degree and/or proof of (previous and/or current) employment, if available 5) 1차 면접 후 고려대상으로 선정 통보를 받는 지원자들의 경우, 지원자와 친인척 관계가 아니며, 지원자의자격, 성격 및 직무 이력을 알고 있는 추천인의3명의 연락처를 제공하여야 합니다.
