The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for the position of Senior Online Fundraising Assistant.

 

 

I.       ´ã´ç¾÷¹«  Duties and responsibilities 

¿Â¶óÀÎ ¸ð±Ý ´ã´ç ¸Å´ÏÀúÀÇ °¨µ¶ ÇÏ¿¡ ¿Â¶óÀÎ ¸ð±Ý ´ã´çÁ÷¿øÀ¸·Î¼­ ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº ´ã´ç¾÷¹«¸¦ ¼öÇàÇØ¾ß ÇÕ´Ï´Ù:

Under the direct supervision of the Online Fundraising manager, the Senior Online Fundraising Assistant will be responsbile for:

      1) À¯¿£³­¹Î±â±¸ÀÇ ±Û·Î¹ú ±â±Ý ¸ð±Ý °èȹ°ú Àü·«¿¡ µû¶ó ´Ù¾çÇÑ µðÁöÅÐ È«º¸ ¹× ±â±Ý¸ð±Ý Ä·ÆäÀÎÀ» ÁøÇàÇÕ´Ï´Ù. (i.e. ¿Â¶óÀÎÄ·ÆäÀÎ/ Å°¿öµå±¤°í/ ¹è³Ê±¤°í/ À¥»çÀÌÆ®/ ¸ð¹ÙÀÏ ¾îÇø®ÄÉÀÌ¼Ç ¶Ç´Â ±× ¿Ü ¿Â¶óÀÎ ¼­ºñ½º µî)

Plan, develop and implement various digital marketing and fundraising campaigns (i.e. online campaign, keywords advertising, display advertising, website, mobile application or other interactive services etc.) aimed at raising donation income and recruiting donors based on UNHCR’s global fundraising strategy and plan.

        2) À¯¿£³­¹Î±â±¸ÀÇ ±Û·Î¹ú Á¤Ã¥°ú Áöħ¿¡ µû¶ó È¿°úÀûÀ¸·Î Ä·ÆäÀÎ ¼º°ú¸¦ ÃøÁ¤Çϱâ À§ÇØ ¿Â¶óÀÎ ºÐ¼® ÅøÀ» °ü¸®ÇÏ°í °³¼±ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

Effectively manage and improve analytics tools to measure web performance and other relevant factors in line with UNHCR’s global policies and guidelines.

        3) ´Ù¾çÇÑ µðÁöÅÐ ±â±Ý¸ð±Ý Ä·ÆäÀÎÀ» »ý¼º, ¿î¿µÇÏ¸ç °á°ú¸¦ ºÐ¼®ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

            Create and run various fundraising campaigns on digital platforms and analyze campaign result.

        4) ÈÄ¿ø°æ·Î, ÈÄ¿ø¹æ½Ä, ÈÄ¿ø°áÁ¦¹æ¹ý, ÈÄ¿øÀÚµéÀÇ ¹ÝÀÀ¿¡ µû¸¥ °á°ú µî ´Ù¾çÇÑ ¿ä¼Ò¸¦ °í·ÁÇÑ Ä·ÆäÀÎ ¼º°ú ºÐ¼® º¸°í¼­¸¦ ÁÖ±âÀûÀ¸·Î ÀÛ¼ºÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

Report regularly on performance factors such as donation channel, donation method, online payment method, results based on donor response etc.

 

 

II.     ÀÀ½ÃÀÚ°Ý  Qualifications

 

1)    ÃÖ¼Ò ÀÚ°Ý ¿ä°Ç  Minimum qualifications

-   ¸¶ÄÉÆÃ(¿Â¶óÀÎ/À¥¸¶ÄÉÆÃ), ±¤°í, Ä¿¹Â´ÏÄÉÀ̼Ç, ÄÄÇ»ÅÍ, Á¤º¸½Ã½ºÅÛ, ¶Ç´Â ±âŸ °ü·Ã ºÐ¾ß Çлç ÇÐÀ§

    ¼ÒÁöÀÚ(Çлç ÇÐÀ§°¡ ¾ø´Â °æ¿ì ÇØ´ç ºÐ¾ß ÃÖ¼Ò 5³â °æ·Â ¼ÒÁöÀÚ)

      Completion of university degree in marketing (online or web-based marketing), advertising, communication, computer science, information systems or other related discipline (in lieu of degree, 5 years relevant work experience)

-     ¿Â¶óÀÎ ±¤°í ȤÀº µðÁöÅÐ Ä·ÆäÀÎ ÁøÇà, ¿Â¶óÀΠä³Î °ü¸®, ¿Â¶óÀÎ ÄÁÅÙÃ÷ »ý¼º °æÇè µî °ü·Ã ºÐ¾ß ÃÖ¼Ò 2³â ÀÌ»ó °æ·Â ¼ÒÁöÀÚ

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience of running online advertising or launching digital promotion campaigns, managing online channels and creating contents on the web.

 

2)    ¿ì´ë ÀÚ°Ý ¿ä°Ç  Preferred qualifications

-       µðÁöÅÐ ¸¶ÄÉÆà ķÆäÀΠù ½ÃÀÛºÎÅÍ Á¾·á±îÁö ÁøÇàÇØ º» °æÇèÀÚ ¿ì´ë (i.e. Å°¿öµå±¤°í, ¹è³Ê±¤°í, À¥»çÀÌÆ®, ¸ð¹ÙÀÏ ¾îÇø®ÄÉÀ̼Ç, ±× ¿Ü ¿Â¶óÀÎ ¼­ºñ½º µî)

Experience in delivering a digital marketing product from beginning to end. (i.e. keywords advertising, display advertising, website, mobile site/application, interactive service etc.)

     Strong analytical skills towards digital marketing results.
