Cultural HeritageEnglish Commendation Contest

 

For Students Nationwide

 

 

 

The Administration of Cultural Heritage and International Exchange & Cultural Promotion Institute(ICI) hold a "Cultural Heritage English Contest For Students Nationwide", which will comment Korea's 5,000 years of history and cultural heritage by nationwide elementary, middle, high school and university students.

 

Any students who are interested in our cultural heritage contest are welcomed to participate in the contest.

 

 

 

Outline of Event

 

Date: 2012.11.17(Sat) 14:00~18:00

 

Place: Baekje Museum (Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul)

 

Host: Administration of Cultural Heritage / International Exchange & Cultural Promotion Institute(ICI)

 

Sponsor: Ministry of Public Administration and Security

 

 

 

Outline of Contest

 

Qualification: Elementary, Middle and High school and University students and foreigners.

 

(Elementary school grade four (4) or higher, including foreign schools and language institutes)

 

How to Participate: Individual or team of two (2) people

 

* Submit application in the name of pertinent school's principal. (University students are allowed to use the name of Dean)

 

* If teachers are involved (in elementary, middle and high school), write the name of teachers in the application.

 

- Location of Cultural Heritage for commendation: choose one (1) Nationwide or City/Province appointed Cultural Heritage.

 

- Progress: preliminary and main contest - Presentation under five (5) minutes.
